Overview:We are committed to continual improvement of the customer experience when using Digi Device Cloud and Remote Manager. A potential side-effect of an update to Device Cloud or Remote Manager however is that if the User Interface has changed during the update, your browser may not pick up the changes. This can be caused due to having an older version of the UI (User Interface) cached in the form of a cookie in your browser. The way to resolve this potential issue is to remove the cookie which is stored, so the new content will be cached instead.
HTTP cookies: Here is the definition from the HTTP cookie page on Wikipedia.
"A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie, is a piece of data stored by a website within a browser, and then subsequently sent back to the same website by the browser. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember things that a browser had done there in the past, which can include having clicked particular buttons, logging in, or having read pages on that site months or years ago."
As you can probably guess, Device Cloud and Remote Manager store your UI preferences (and other UI-related information) via web browser in a cookie on your PC. This is done for your convenience, so that you won't have to setup your preferences every time you login to the server. Web Browser manufacturers publish guidance on how to delete a cookie for their respective browsers.

Here is a walk-through demonstrating how to do this in Mozilla Firefox:
From the Mozilla Firefox browser menu, go to Tools -- Options:
Click the icon for "Privacy", then click the link for "remove individual cookies":
In the Search bar, search for: digi.com then click "Remove All Cookies" to remove any cookies from digi.com (includes both devicecloud.digi.com and remotemanager.digi.com):
Alternately, you could search by the devicecloud.digi.com and/or remotemanager.digi.com server addresses, then highlight and select Remove Cookie to remove those cookies individually, depending on your preference).
Resolution: On your next login to Device Cloud, your browser will generate a new cookie that contains any updated information about the Device Cloud UI, and you will see any changes to the page which have been made.
