For Financing Customers: I understand that I am financing the balance for the sauna. In the event that I would cancel my order, I give Sunlighten permission to charge the credit card on file to recover all shipping/handling costs incurred.
For Ship After Customers: *A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of sale. This deposit does not hold a
sauna in stock for you. The deposit holds the sales price for a maximum of 6 months. *Your sales representative will call you the month that your sauna is to be released for shipment. At this time, Buyer can elect to take shipment and pay the balance due, or move the ship date forward. Buyer may not move the ship date forward more than 60 days from the date of the original sales order. *If Buyer’s sauna is not released for shipment within 60 days of the original date of the sales order, it will be subject to Sunlighten cancellation policy.
*If Buyer elects to release the sauna for shipment, the balance of the sauna will be charged and the sauna will be released for immediate shipment.
*At any time, before the ship after date, Buyer may call a sales representative to release the sauna for immediate shipment. Shipment of the sauna will be subject to availability at that time.
*In the event that the sauna ordered by Buyer is out of stock, the status of the order will change from ship after to FIFO (first in first out).
*There is a 50% deposit on all FIFO orders. At the time Buyer’s order changes from ship after to FIFO, Buyer will be charged a 50% deposit less the previous deposit. When the sauna becomes available, Buyer’s credit card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of the order, and the sauna will be put on a ship list for immediate shipment. Buyer will not be called before this charge or shipment takes place.
